Hi! I'm Neil, co-founder and CTO here at Progression. I've found that my role has changed roughly every three months! At first I worked with Jonny to build the core of the product. Once we hired a couple of engineers my role was about technical oversight. Currently I'm focussed on being more of an engineering manager and starting to look at the ops side of customer success.
